The IT Support Center is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Department, focused on meeting your technical needs and providing high quality, dependable and secure services. What we do: The IT Support Center provides phone, e-mail, and walk-in computer support for all faculty, staff and students at The Chubb Institute (Westbury). Support for students is limited to network connection support and basic virus/malware remediation. Where we are:
Hours while classes are in session:
Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-8:00PM Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Saturday & Sunday: 1:00PM-5:00PM Hours when classes are NOT in session: Monday-Friday 7:00-5:00 Saturday, Sunday and Holidays - CLOSED
This program connects students with Institute resources for assistance, including 24/7 support for emergencies.
Resources, support, and accommodations to ensure that all aspects of student life are accessible and inclusive of persons with disabilities.
The Institute offers insurance plans for students to cover medical and mental health services.
