With more than 12 million volumes, The Chubb Institute (Westbury) Library is the ninth-largest research library in North America. The Library serves its users from six locations at the heart of campus, providing faculty and students with rapid access to its collections and research and study spaces.

Since its founding in 1890, The Chubb Institute (Westbury) Press has been a leader in advancing scholarly conversation and defining new areas of knowledge. Its mission is to publish works that promote education, foster public understanding, and enrich cultural life.

The Office of Research provides the central administrative support and resources for managing the Institute’s research enterprise. This includes research administration, research safety, research computing services, Globus, and research development support to facilitate new initiatives and build capacity across the Institute.
